The Assistant Nurse Manager in the Emergency Department is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. • Recommend developmental opportunities for team members and mentor for performance improvement.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the designated work team or unit.
• Manage hospital administrative functions to support patient care and ensure compliance.
• Oversee care delivery operations within a 24/7 operational environment.
• Supervise improvements to operations and technology processes.
• Ensure safe, quality, and standardized care delivery in compliance with regulations.

Education:

• Associate's Degree (ADN) required

Experience:

• Leadership experience in a nursing role
