• Assist in implementing best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
• Support investigations into patient/family/member concerns regarding care and services.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient care.
• Allocate resources in assigned clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization.
• Supervise the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision and competency.
• Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice and perform clinical duties as required.
• Recommend developmental opportunities and mentor team members for performance improvement.
• Supervise daily activities of the work team and ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage care delivery operations within a 24/7 operational environment.

• Education:
  • Associate's Degree (ADN) required
• Experience:
  • Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
