Salary Range: $17.00 To $17.25 Hourly

This position typically includes morning shifts from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM during certain weeks, along with two additional 6-8 hour shifts to provide coverage for scheduled days off. Due to the rotating nature of the schedule, employees will often enjoy several consecutive days off between work periods.

Team Member I is an entry-level operations role responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality vehicle wash services in both express and full-service environments. This position supports daily site operations through vehicle preparation and exterior service tasks while working under direct supervision of site leadership.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position.

The following duties are considered essential functions of this position:

• Operate assigned equipment safely and according to training
• Maintain cleanliness of lot, equipment, and work areas
• Comply with all company safety standards and the Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
• Immediately report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide basic service information
• Direct customer concerns or complaints to management

• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow safety and operational procedures

• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
• Frequently use hands and arms
• Occasionally lift and move items up to 50 pounds
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Exposure to water, cleaning agents, and operational equipment
