Work location:

Market - SS - CA - Vallejo. Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, weekdays only.

• Install and update sales floor fixtures and endcaps.
• Perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs following plan‑o‑grams and client‑specific directives.
• Respond to field services management within 24 hours of contact; keep availability updated.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Complete necessary forms/images/surveys for each job before leaving the site.
• Maintain and update displays per planograms/client requests; conduct break‑fix repairs to keep fixtures fully functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations of 2+ people, provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed and adhere to accurate timecard submission.
• Report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment; complete training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
• Available for weekend assignments as needed.

• Age 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States.
• Communicate via phone, text, and email; use smartphone for clock‑in/out, photos, and app downloads.
• Climb ladder up to 10ft, lift up to 60lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead.
• Adaptability to varying tasks and work environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous retail or merchandising experience a plus.
• Installation and merchandising experience, proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Follow planogram (POG) directives; use Android or Apple device to upload photos and data.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation; willing to travel up to 90miles per assignment.
• Flexible availability Monday‑Friday, weekends and holidays as needed; early mornings/late nights as needed.
• Strong leadership and professional communication skills; make sound decisions and problem‑solve.

• $20.25 per hour.
• Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
• Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
• Paid training; flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork in a rolling 30‑day period.
• Variety of projects and clients.
