Inbound Expert

Starting Hourly Rate: $18.50 per hour.

An Inbound Expert supports the General Merchandise and Food Sales teams by ensuring products are stocked accurately, the store is clean and safe, and guests receive friendly service. The role includes sorting, stocking, pricing, and compliance tasks across the store, as well as back‑up cashier duties and handling adult beverage regulation compliance.

• Greet guests within 10ft; smile, make eye contact, or wave. Provide a warm welcome to guests within 4ft.
• Assist guests in locating merchandise and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Close each guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team members in other areas while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Adjust to business needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.
• Execute detailed sorting and stocking operations; organize, store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability for General Merchandise categories.
• If certified, operate powered equipment for unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environment‑sensitive items in compliance with regulations.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; report hazards and correct them.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up (OPU), and Drive‑Up (DU) while complying with adult beverage laws.
• Perform any other duties required by business needs.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Physical capability to climb ladders, lift up to 44pounds, and perform repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, and rotating motions.
• Flexible schedule: ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and other environmental conditions.
