Service Team Member

Store - VALLEJO, CA

We are looking for a friendly, energetic team member to provide excellent customer service, assist with in-store purchases, help with inventory, and support our brand commitments.

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find products.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, completing enrollments.
• Assist with omnichannel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Unwind trucks, stock the store, and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Complete merchandise recovery, return go‑back process, and general store recovery for a well‑merchandised, in‑stock store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and Company policies.
• Interact respectfully with others, maintain a positive image, and serve as a role‑model for other Team Members.
• Cross‑train in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Other duties as assigned.

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

• Remain standing for long periods of time.
• Move throughout the store, bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch.
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Public retail store setting; most areas are climate controlled, but some stock rooms may not be. Occasional outdoor work may be required for cart retrieval or truck unloading. Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
