Pay Range: $40,000 – $151,000+ (based on experience & performance)
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre‑owned vehicles
- Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Follow up with leads (internet, phone, and walk‑ins)
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Negotiate deals and close sales professionally
- Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge and promotions
- $40K – $151K+ annual earning potential (uncapped commission)
- Performance bonuses and incentives
- Paid training and ongoing development
- Opportunities for advancement within the dealership
- Supportive management team and strong inventory
- Sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus, but not required)
