Join One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Vallejo and North Marin, CA as a Comfort Advisor and Service Tech! In this exciting hybrid role, you'll provide exceptional service and solutions to our valued customers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to making a difference in the HVAC industry.

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating and cooling systems.
• Provide clear and accurate estimates for service and installation work.
• Educate customers on energy efficiency and system operation.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• Proven experience in HVAC service and installation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
