Foreman​/Lead - Concrete

The Driveway Company of Solano County is looking for a Foreman to help grow our new location. The Driveway Company has been in concrete repair/maintenance for over 30 years.

This working, supervisory position has tremendous growth potential over time. The ability to manage multiply crews while leading by example is a necessity. you must possess the ability to direct, supervise and troubleshoot common issues that arise on the job. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to,

- Schedule all jobs and team members

- Prepare for all jobs by ensuring materials, equipment and van are "job ready."

- Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions.

- Collect payment at the completion of each job.

- Lead by example by delivering a 5-star customer experience, each and every time.

- Train and mentor crew for strong job development.

Skills/Qualifications

- Concrete and/or caulking experience is required (5+ years)

- Possess C8 or D6 specialty license or have the required experience to obtain (preparation and exam fees covered by company)

- Ability to lead a diverse crew of employees

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

- Troubleshooting and Problem solving

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality

- This lead position comes with a competitive, experience-based salary of $65,000 - $85,000/year
