We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Vallejo, CA. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

- CBA Position: ATU Local 192
- Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Pay: $24.85 - $32.23 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
- Vacation: up to 12 days per year
- Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs. monthly for full‑time employees / 5 hrs. monthly for part‑time employees

- Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Exhibit exceptional care and assistance toward passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
- Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining cleanliness and equipment readiness.
- Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform other duties as required.
- 21 years or older
- Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 applies.
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
- Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions—100% of the job is performed outside, often alone and in remote locations.
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on sloped or uneven surfaces.
- Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
- Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing job duties; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
