Today we are looking for a Dual-Site
Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Wichita, KS. Feel free to check us out below and we honestly appreciate you reading our job ad!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On-call biweekly!
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- 1 years or more of experience in apartment maintenance
- EPA and/or HVAC Certification preferred
Physical ability to service condensing units on roofs - Dry wall (repairs and new) including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
- Water heater knowledge of both electric and gas
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Must participate being on call (1 week every 2 weeks)
- Snow removal (when needed during the Winter season)
You will be asked to complete a written skills maintenance test to help assess your skill level as part of the interview process.
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a valid Drivers License
