Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00-5:00pm.

• Provide loan operation support for primarily basic to standard complexity level retail, commercial, and agricultural loan requests.
• Assist loan officers with the organizing and tracking of loan request supporting documents.
• Obtain credit reports and perform and request searches applicable to a loan request, such as collateral lien searches and flood determinations.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, appraisers, attorneys, title companies, and other third-party stakeholders, thus facilitating an efficient flow of the loan request.
• Complete file maintenance updates.
• Process loan transactions.
• Maintain technical exceptions and tickler lists.
• Complete lien perfection processes for all applicable collateral.
• Maintain physical and electronic loan files in accordance with established procedures.
• Complete all work promptly with attention to detail.
