Mac More is looking to fill a part-time position for an Experienced Training and Adoption Specialist for a pending contract award at the Farm Credit Administration.
Location :Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, with primary concentration at the FCA headquarters office in McLean, Virginia
ResponsibilitiesTraining and Adoption Specialist shall perform support activities according to the requirements of the SOW.
Qualifications- Experience in curriculum creation for eDiscovery program development
- Experience in user enablement, tool adoption and change management
- Experience in creating and maintaining job aids for stakeholders
- Experience partnering with attorneys and litigation support to design workflows and provide hands-on support
- Minimum 5years of recent experience (education may not be substituted for experience) that includes:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an eDiscovery Training Specialist and
- Lead training strategy for eDiscovery platforms
- Experience leading User Acceptance Testing for eDiscovery tools and platforms
- Experience working with both legal and technical teams
- Experience and working knowledge of Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) standards
- Proficient in technical writing and documentation
- Experience with data governance, retention and data systems
- Experience with Microsoft Purview and related Microsoft 365 compliance tools
- Experience with legal hold, preservation, and data collection best practices
Experience in information security, access control, and auditing practices
