Job Title: General Labor – Light Assembly

Location: Cavalier ND
Pay Rate: $18/hr - $21/hr

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Laborer to assist with light assembly work in a production environment. This role involves cleaning panels, building drawers, and supporting various tasks on the manufacturing floor. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, dependable, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform light assembly of parts and components, including building drawers and fitting hardware

• Clean and prep panels and surfaces for assembly or finishing

• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow instructions, blueprints, or diagrams as needed

• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy

• Assist with other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in assembly, construction, or general labor preferred but not required

• Comfortable working with tools and performing physical tasks

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Able to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
