Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor alarms, surveillance systems and/or access points when assigned, reporting suspicious activity and/or hazardous conditions per site procedures.;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports and other documentation in a timely manner, escalating issues through the chain of command as required.
