Job Title:

Laborer

We are seeking dedicated laborers to join our crews in assisting project managers and foremen with the installation of pipes for storm and sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains. As a laborer, you will also play a key role in grading trenches, positioning pipes, and sealing joints.

• Assist in the laying of pipes for storm and sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains.
• Grade trenches and ensure proper positioning of pipes.
• Seal joints effectively to ensure system integrity.
• Support the project management team and foremen in various tasks.

• General labor experience in construction.
• Dependability and eagerness to learn the trade.
• Experience with excavators, heavy equipment, dozers, backhoes, and skid steers.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate quality in one's own tasks.
• Adaptability to changes in the work environment, including weather conditions and delays.
• Willingness to work overtime hours.
• Commitment to adhering to safety protocols at all times.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Fargo,ND.
