• Currently licensed Mortgage Loan Officers or qualified candidates eligible for licensing.
• Experienced, self-producing originators with established referral relationships.

• Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers, real estate agents, builders, financial professionals, and other approved referral sources.
• Generate and manage your own mortgage pipeline.
• Guide borrowers through the mortgage application and financing process.
• Work with the Lending House operations team to move loans efficiently from application through closing.
• Use company technology and marketing resources to grow your business.
• Participate in company events, training, networking opportunities, and team-building activities.
• Maintain all licensing, documentation, communication, and compliance requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional experience to clients and business partners.
