Mon-Fri 1st shift, In-Office Only

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000/yr, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file customs entries for import shipments to ensure timely release from U.S. Customs.
• Classify commodities accurately, importer communication, and internal tools.
• Create duty and entry invoices for submission to the Billing Department.
• Maintain and update customer profiles based on shipment history and compliance needs.
• Coordinate with customers to classify new commodities and gather required documentation.
• Respond to brokerage-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with CBP regulations and company standards.
• Support high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of customs entry writing experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations
• Experience with high-volume data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
