Data Scientist
Internship in Applied Health Research Team
As an intern in the Applied Health Research Team, you will work on issues related to mammography. You will be responsible for a research project, adapted to the duration of the internship (6 months). You will therefore need to conduct a state of the art, implement an identified method with your supervisors, and validate the results obtained. The subject concerns signal processing and machine learning applied to mammography.
Roles and Responsibilities- Analyze the state of the art of the field in the form of a bibliographic study
- Put your technical knowledge into practice for the development/optimization of innovative algorithms
- Define metrics and evaluate the performance of your work in a quantitative and qualitative manner.
- Present your work and the results obtained to technical and clinical experts in the field of application
- Second or third year of engineering school (Bac +4-5) or Master's degree
- Machine Learning, Deep Learning, applied mathematics, image processing, software development
- Programming in Python
- Interest in research
- Fluent in English and French
- Linux
