Epicured, Inc. is hiring Social Care Navigators to support New York’s Medicaid Section 1115 Waiver program. You will engage Medicaid members, assess eligibility for Health-Related Social Needs services, and coordinate referrals through Epicured and community partners.
This role reports to the VP of Member Experience, requires strong communication, and thrives in a high-volume, compliant virtual environment. Availability 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, Monday–Saturday.
