Children's ICM Position
Job duties for children's ICM will include:
-Assessing individuals, developing individual care plans and determining necessary resources.
-Advocating for and assisting individuals and families in accessing and obtaining services.
-Contacting service providers and attending interdisciplinary conferences to determine appropriate placement and referrals.
-Monitoring individual rehabilitation goals and progress.
-Providing crisis intervention services. Travel is required. Individual will be provided with a state vehicle to use. Minimum staffing requirements, including licenses and certifications:
Bachelor's in Social Work degree, working under the supervision of a licensed master social worker (LMSW) or licensed clinical social worker or New York State LCSW or LCSWs. Valid drivers license. OMH required training:
Training will be provided. Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner. Perform other reasonably related duties as required. New Wave People is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
