Southern Health Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse Medical Team Administrator to oversee and coordinate healthcare services at the Meriwether County Jail.
This position is perfect for a nurse who enjoys organization, autonomy, and collaboration. While you'll serve as the facility's medical team administrator, this role focuses on coordinating care and ensuring quality services rather than supervising employees.
💉 Job Responsibilities• Coordinate and oversee daily healthcare operations within the facility
• Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and standards
• Collaborate with providers, correctional staff, and Southern Health Partners leadership to ensure continuity of care
• Monitor quality initiatives and support a safe, efficient healthcare environment
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed
