We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Data Analyst to join our Transportation Department. This role maintains the integrity and accessibility of transportation data, supports operational efficiency, and contributes to key reporting functions. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic logistics environment.

Data Analyst – Transportation Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

OT/schedule adjustments may be required.

Reports To:

Transportation Management

Key Responsibilities:

Track transportation equipment (chassis, trailers, trucks) status, location, and availability Monitor scheduled/completed loads and driver attendance to support daily assignments

Maintain data on company drivers, owner-operators, and brokered loads Identify and resolve missing or inaccurate data.

Prepare and update transportation reports; maintain organized records.

Communicate updates and discrepancies to management.

Assist with research, problem-solving, and other duties as assigned.

Data Analyst – Transportation

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas), Logistics and or Warehouse Management Systems. Dispatch experience is a plus.

Solid foundation in data analysis principles and practices.

Effective problem-solving and communication skills (written/verbal) with a strong sense of reliability and accountability.
