Hours:
7:30 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
We're looking for an experienced Cost Technician - Intermediate to support project cost control, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and invoice management.
- Manage project cost control data and maintain accurate project cost records
- Analyze cost data to support project forecasting and decision-making
- Review invoices, timesheets, and contracts to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with annual budget preparation and reporting
- Prepare project cost reports for stakeholders and project teams
- Work closely with suppliers, Project Managers, and internal departments
- Support contract reviews, cost tracking, and project controls processes
- Develop and implement cost-control guidelines, processes, and tools
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with project cost control, cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- Strong experience handling timesheets, invoices, contracts, and cost data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- High school diploma plus post-secondary education preferred
