Office Administrator/ Coordinator

Family Express is looking for a professional, dependable, and personable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and create a welcoming experience for employees, candidates, vendors, and guests.
In This Role, You’ll- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and incoming calls
- Support daily administrative operations for multiple departments
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, office organization, and communication
- Assist with reports, projects, and operational initiatives
- Help maintain organized records, supplies, and office systems
- Partner with teams across the organization to help keep operations moving smoothly
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Digital literacy
- 2 years in an administrative role
- High school diploma, GED, or the equivalent
- 2‑year college degree (preferred)
- Ability to analyze situations and solve problems at strategic and tactical levels
- Practiced at organization and planning
- Employ critical thinking and problem solving
- Maintains composure and operates with emotional intelligence
- Ethical reasoning and decision‑making
- Strong attention to detail
- Receptive and responsive to feedback
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management, prioritization, and sense of urgency
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for prolonged periods; work longer than eight (8) hour shifts, reach, climb, balance, stoop, mop, sweep, change garbage, kneel, crouch; talk and hear; taste and smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
