We are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager for our (Merrillville, IN office physically in Hobart, conveniently located near Valparaiso and the Illinois border). The ideal candidate will have strong computer and communication skills, proven management experience, and a background in customer service. You should be able to handle conflict resolution effectively and be available to work evenings and weekends. • Coordinate, schedule, and confirm appointments
• Recruit, train, and manage Call Center Representatives
• Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound calls
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts
• Manage and organize sales representatives’ schedules
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets

• Proven management experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong conflict resolution and problem‑solving abilities
