Customer Service Representative

Domino's seeks customer service representatives with strong personality and people skills, ready to work flexible schedules, part or full time, while supporting in‑store operations, phone orders, and order expeditions.

• Perform accurate math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and use a calculator if needed.
• Provide correct change and handle monetary transactions.
• Take, process, and confirm orders via phone or in person, using clear verbal, written, and telephone communication.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen system.
• Operate all store equipment including ovens, fryers, mixers, and equipment used for preparing menu items.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work areas, and walk‑in cooler, and prepare products for service.
• Receive and process telephone orders and expedite orders at the cuttable.
• Clean equipment and facilities regularly, approximately daily, to maintain hygiene standards.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be willing and able to work all in‑store stations, including making menu items, assisting customers on the phone and in‑store, and expediting orders.

Job duties involve standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and using hands with coordination. Employees may need to move items up to 50 pounds, navigate stairs, and perform tasks in varying temperature ranges.
