Key Responsibilities
- Instruction:

- Education:
Typically requires a minimum of a High School diploma, though many districts and states prefer an Associate's, Bachelor's degree, or a specialized substitute teaching permit. - Background Check:
Must pass mandatory criminal history and background screenings. - Skills:
Strong adaptability, patience, effective communication, and robust classroom management skills are essential
