Mauser Packaging Solutions - - Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain plastic molding machinery and mechanical equipment, including motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, electrical devices, and testing equipment;
Perform routine preventive maintenance checks to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency;
Install plate changeovers and start-up machines for production needs;
Follow safety policies and use PPE; comply with Lockout/Tagout and 5S standards;
Document changeover times and complete work orders to improve safety, quality, and plant efficiency
