Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a production supervisor in Indiana to lead safety, quality and efficiency on the shop floor. You will manage shifts, train staff, and coordinate with maintenance and other departments to meet production goals.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations management and 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with Lean and continuous improvement experience valued. This is a full-time, on-site position.
