Pratt Industries seeks a Bander Operator for the 3pm–11pm shift at our Indiana facility. You will operate the bander, apply bands and tags, ensure correct unit sizing, and maintain quality and safety standards. The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to follow factory instructions.
Preferred candidates have forklift experience and a background in corrugated operations. You will contribute to schedule adherence and continuous improvements in production efficiency.
