Operate and monitor the baler and hogger equipment to produce neat, high-quality bales;
Follow lockout/tagout procedures before clearing jams and performing checks;
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the baler room and surrounding areas;
Monitor inventory of baling wire, tags, and supplies; report maintenance needs;
Assist with shift handoffs and weekend clean-up as needed
