This role involves operating multiple CNC machines in a high-volume production environment to meet established quotas while maintaining strict quality standards. You will focus exclusively on running pre-set machines, performing precise measurements, and ensuring all parts and materials meet specification using standard inspection tools.

Operate CNC machinery in a fast-paced production environment without performing setups or changeovers.

Run 2–3 CNC machines simultaneously to meet or exceed production quotas.

Gauge and inspect parts throughout the production process to ensure consistent quality.

Perform quality checks on materials and finished components to confirm they meet required specifications.

Use micrometers, calipers, and tape measures to verify dimensions and tolerances.

Apply basic mathematics to interpret measurements, verify dimensions, and adjust work practices as needed.

Identify and report any nonconforming parts, materials, or machine issues to maintain product quality.

Follow established production procedures and work instructions in a lean, KPI-driven manufacturing environment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support continuous improvement and efficient production flow.

Work mandatory overtime of approximately 2 hours per day, scheduled before or after the regular shift based on preference, and participate in occasional Saturday work when requested, typically at month-end.

Proven experience operating CNC machines in a fast-paced production environment.

Hands-on experience using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures for inspection and measurement.

Experience in manufacturing or production, with demonstrated mechanical aptitude.

Ability to perform basic mathematics for measurements and quality verification.

Comfort working in a lean manufacturing environment driven by key performance indicators (KPIs).

Ability to operate multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining quality and productivity.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent, high-quality output.

Capability to work afternoon (2:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.) or midnight (10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.) shifts with daily overtime.

Willingness and ability to wear steel-toe footwear and follow all safety requirements.

Experience with inspection processes in a manufacturing or production setting.

Mechanically inclined with an interest in machinery and production processes.

Experience in a structured, lean manufacturing environment with KPI tracking.

Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced production setting.

Interest in future growth into machine setup, programming, or lead/supervisory roles.

Ability to work occasional Saturdays when needed, typically at the end of the month.
