We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our Valparaiso facility as a Production Support Crew member. • Keep Production Moving: Assist with site maintenance, material handling, sweeping, shoveling, mowing and more to ensure our production facilities stays clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Champion Workplace Safety: Maintain 100% compliance with OSHA and company regulations. Consistently wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Support Facility Operations: Assist plant management and other teams with day-to-day operational tasks to keep our concrete production on schedule.

• Credentials: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, plus a valid driver’s license and an insurable, clean driving record.
• Physical Grit: This is a heavy-duty physical role. You must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs (and occasionally up to 100 lbs), with significant walking, climbing, bending, and standing throughout the shift.

  Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication in English to stay safe and coordinated around heavy rolling equipment.
• The Gear: You must provide your own safety-approved work boots.
• Bonus Points: Previous experience operating a forklift or skid steer is a major plus, but a great work ethic and reliability are what matter most.

This is an active, outdoor industrial position. You will work in changing Midwest weather elements, extreme temperatures, and high-noise environments.
