Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department

Job Overview

TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN in the Emergency Department for a 13‑week assignment at Valparaiso, Indiana, beginning 03/23/2026. This position requires 36 hours per week of 12‑hour night shifts.

As an ER Travel Nurse you will perform the following:

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
• Document medical history, check allergies, obtain vital signs, and monitor patients’ emotional and physical wellbeing.
• Assist in minor medical operations and provide patient/family education.

• One to two years of recent acute‑care experience (RN, ED).

• BLS certification and NBSTSA. (1 year of experience).

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 20–50 pounds regularly.
