We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing care as part of our interdisciplinary team. The role involves monitoring patient condition, reporting changes, and supervising CNAs.
Responsibilities- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
- Deliver quality nursing care to maintain highest levels of patient physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
Job Requirements
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
