Dunes Hospice in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a Full-Time On-Call Hospice Nurse to join our compassionate care team. You will be available Monday through Friday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., handle patient assessments, admissions, and symptom management under physician orders.
The ideal candidate is an Indiana-licensed RN with CPR, strong clinical skills, and the ability to coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team. Driving and flexibility to cover on-call shifts are required.
