American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring ACLS, BLS, PALS/ENPC, and NIHSS certifications and Cerner experience.

• Hospital-based Emergency Department setting with 30 beds
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts, 7P-7A
• No on-call requirements
• Floating required
• Block scheduling is not an option
• Uses Cerner EMR

• Active RN license (IN or compact) required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and NIHSS
• Minimum 1 year of recent ED experience required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Provide direct patient care in a busy Emergency Department
• Navy scrub color required
• Maximum RTO request of 1 week during the assignment
• No blackout dates or required holidays for this assignment
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
• Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
