Walmart Stores - Up to $80000.00/year - 2400 West Morthland Drive - Responsibilities:
Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.;
Tour-to-Teach, communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.;
Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following and demonstrating the One Best Way service model and managing customer service initiatives.;
Drive financial performance by reviewing Profit & Loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to align with sales; monitor merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and operational processes; develop action plans to mitigate shrink and meet profit goals.;
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
