Kirkland's - - Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional shopping experience to every customer using Kirkland’s customer service model and assist with operations and merchandising as directed by management.;
Drive sales growth by flexing into multiple roles including selling, cashiering, replenishing, setting floorsets and cleaning.;
Greet customers with enthusiasm and maintain a positive attitude while engaging with customers.;
Educate customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise to support basket-building.;
Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy; assist with stockroom and floor organization.
