Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, package merchandise and ensure order accuracy before pickup. Appropriate product substitutions are made and customers are consulted as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Fill online orders by shopping in all departments to select the right items.

Dispense completed orders to customers and engage them during the dispensing process.

Work in a fast‑paced environment, especially evenings, weekends and holiday season, balancing online order work with assisting in‑store customers when required.

Manage a competitive pay rate with performance‑based incentive awards and additional compensation such as premiums that may be awarded based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
