Digital Retail Customer Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, self‑motivated candidate to fill the role of Digital Retail Customer Specialist. This role is often the first contact for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle online.

• Establish contact with online shoppers via phone, text, and e‑mail communication methods.
• Discover shoppers’ objectives, wants, and needs through constructive qualifying engagement.
• Be a value‑added resource by providing vehicle and pricing information, support, and alternative suggestions that meet their needs.
• Schedule appointments for the customer to visit the showroom to experience the vehicle in person and to finalize the purchase.
• Build vehicle value by demonstrating expert knowledge of differentiating features and benefits for each model in the lineup.
• Close sales and work with the Finance Manager to provide a world‑class vehicle delivery.
• Follow up with the customer periodically after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction and to network for additional sales opportunities.

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2‑5 years of sales and customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Automotive sales background a plus.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required as well as a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
