Maintenance Technician
We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to support equipment uptime and keep production running. The company is open to training someone new, making this a great opportunity to get into industrial maintenance and build long-term skills.
What You'll Do- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V (single & three-phase)
- Diagnose and fix mechanical issues (bearings, belts, gears, shafts)
- Assist with PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley)
- Work with pneumatic systems and use meters for diagnostics
- Help build, install, and wire new equipment
- Assist with control panel wiring and assembly
- Support general facility maintenance as needed
- Keep work areas clean and safe
- Entry-level to 1+ year of maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing experience
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Ability to read basic schematics (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Trade school or technical training
- Experience with 480V, conduit, or relay logic
- Basic welding (MIG, Stick, or Arc)
- Company willing to train and develop your skills
- Overtime available (1.5x pay)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valparaiso, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr.
