School Speech Language Pathologist - Valparaiso, IN

We are seeking three experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (CCCs preferred; no SLPA roles available) ready to make a meaningful impact in elementary and intermediate school settings for the upcoming school year. These positions offer flexibility in scheduling and support for diverse caseloads across several welcoming campuses.

Key

Qualifications:

• Hold a current SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
• Previous school-based experience is highly desirable
• Ability to manage caseloads of approximately 70-100 students
• Familiarity with providing services to developmental preschool through middle school populations
• Collaborative mindset for consulting and coordinating with instructional staff and support aides (SLA support available or discussed per assignment)
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals
• Assess, plan, and implement intervention strategies for a broad range of communication disorders
  
  Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes
• Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to support student success
• Adjust to placements at multiple sites, with flexible daily schedules and lunch breaks
