Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator supports the Quality Assurance department by coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure products and materials are received, stored, and prepared accurately and on time. This full-time, entry-level in-office role in the Valparaiso area (Chesterton, IN) helps maintain organized inventory, supports documentation and quality checks, and partners with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and keep operations running smoothly.

• Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead
• Must be able to climb and work on ladders
• Must be able to use hand and power tools
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Products (including but not limited to Word, Excel, etc)

• Other duties as assigned.
• Pull permits as needed
• Run parts as needed to technicians on jobs
• Work alongside field supervisors & management
• Order stock and equipment in warehouse as needed in both Plumbing & HVAC departments
• Assist in managing fleet as needed
• Set jobs for installation in warehouse to make effective time on installs
• Oversee scrap metal recycling
• Managing all warranties
• Work alongside vendors to ensure best pricing for parts
• Maintain inventory tracking daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly
• Maintain monthly/quarterly inventories as directed by management
• Maintain stock in warehouse
• Follow the outline of company policies and procedures.
• Work hard, smart and efficiently.
• Positive attitude required and must be able to promote a professional, and friendly work environment.
• Maintaining the shops cleanliness/organization
• Participate in all required staff meetings and training sessions.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers.
