As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and guiding hand for our policyholders. You’ll be the go-to person for questions, support, and making sure everyone feels valued and well-cared for. • Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, billing, and claims with clarity and patience.
• Assist customers in making policy changes, updating information, and processing payments.
• Provide support and guidance to customers experiencing issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming office atmosphere.

• MUST BE WILLING TO OBTAIN AN INSURANCE LICENSE
• Bilingual a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
