Overview

Huron helps its clients drive growth, enhance performance and sustain leadership in the markets they serve. We help healthcare organizations build innovation capabilities and accelerate key growth initiatives, enabling organizations to own the future, instead of being disrupted by it. Together, we empower clients to create sustainable growth, optimize internal processes and deliver better consumer outcomes.

Health systems, hospitals and medical clinics are under immense pressure to improve clinical outcomes and reduce the cost of providing patient care. Investing in new partnerships, clinical services and technology is not enough to create meaningful and substantive change. To succeed long‑term, healthcare organizations must empower leaders, clinicians, employees, affiliates and communities to build cultures that foster innovation to achieve the best outcomes for patients.

Joining the Huron team means you’ll help our clients evolve and adapt to the rapidly changing healthcare environment and optimize existing business operations, improve clinical outcomes, create a more consumer‑centric healthcare experience, and drive physician, patient and employee engagement across the enterprise.

Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future.

This resource will be responsible for supporting the execution of Engagement Health (EH), a program designed to support Healthcare consulting projects in achieving positive outcomes for our clients and teams. Key responsibilities include facilitating/managing the Quality Assurance (QA) process, identifying opportunities to improve our client services & team experience, partnering cross‑functionally to ensure outcomes from the program are integrated into daily operations, presenting to executive leadership teams on themes & opportunities, and empowering the usage & adoption of the program within our project leadership teams.

This role requires an individual who can independently own complex initiatives, manage escalations, and serve as a trusted point of contact for senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee execution of the Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) program for large, integrated projects and capability teams, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey, Project Experience Survey (PES), Capability Reviews, and Client‑facing exec/sponsor 1:1 interviews.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Engagement Health into future‑state Engagement Delivery Excellence (EDE) at an enterprise level, including helping define scalable processes across different business units.
  • Co‑lead group of senior leaders representing each capability area, called EH Champions, who are responsible for capturing themes and driving change within respective capabilities.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of large volumes of QA feedback across multiple projects to identify risk themes and trends for industry, business unit, and/or capability leadership.
  • Prepare for and co‑present at least quarterly to executive teams on program themes, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with stakeholders across the business, including but not limited to sales support, IT, and operations.
  • Continuously assess EH processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and adopt best practices.
  • Continue advancement of the program through creating and maintaining training documentation, process flows, and presentations.
  • Own initiatives end to end, from intake and prioritization through execution, stakeholder alignment, and follow‑through.
  • Assess escalations, exercise independent judgment, and determine appropriate paths forward, including when and how to involve senior leadership.
  • Influence project leaders, capability leaders, and cross‑functional partners to drive adoption, behavior change, and resolution of issues.
Candidate Requirements
