• Lead operational performance support for client functions, developing and monitoring key performance indicators
• Facilitate effective communication across teams to promote performance improvement
• Oversee key client function meetings, ensuring focus and accountability for action items
• Document and report performance findings to clients and senior leadership on a weekly basis
• Identify and prioritize top improvement opportunities for clients

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a healthcare operations function
• Proven operational leadership experience for client interim roles
• Current permanent U.S. Work Authorization required
• Willingness to travel based on client needs

• Experience in a matrixed organization
• Background in consulting within the healthcare sector
