• Schedule meetings including design workshops, testing sessions, and team check‑ins
• Manage project trackers in Smartsheet, such as Project Plans and Action Items
• Create PowerPoint presentations for various stakeholder meetings
• Assist with other project‑related tasks as assigned

• Strong communication skills to clearly share ideas and information
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn
• Availability to work a hybrid schedule (combination of remote and onsite)
• Ability to work up to 20 hours per week
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to take on challenges

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, writing, and communication skills
