Overall administration and maintenance of our in-house and cloud - based databases to ensure that all applications that depend on these databases are functioning correctly.

• Provide support to the development and technical staff
• Monitor database performance and resolve any issues with performance
• Monitor and Maintain Database maintenance plans for backups, index rebuilds/ defragmentation and statistics
• Install, upgrade and maintain all database software
• Maintain documentation where applicable
• Assist with business continuity and disaster recovery testing

Bachelor ’ s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems field of study from an accredited college or university, or 4 years equivalent work experience in a database administrator role

• 2+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and newer
• 1+ years experience w orking experience with Always-On HADAR
• 2+ years experience w orking experience with Index configuration
• 2+ years experience w orking experience with Transaction Replication
• 2+ years experience writing SQL query language and best practices for its usage
• Exposure to s ource control systems, such as Team Foundation Server , Dev Ops
• Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience
• Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results
• Ability to promote a culture of trust and safety
